The source for potential deals is unlimited, and each situation is always very specific.

If we are not already working on this deal, we will sign an exclusive agreement with you, to pay a percentage of any cash fees we would receive for completing a transaction introduced by you.
The referral fee is usually based on various factors including, but not limited to, what kind of transaction we are talking about, the amount of information provided, the quality of the introduction, and whether our mandate negotiation can be facilitated by your relationship with the potential client.
